Female pair hope to break World Record during 3,000 mile Atlantic Challenge for The Mintridge Foundation

Jemma and Lauren are on their way – we repeat, Jemma and Lauren are on their way!

Antigua, here we come!

For those of you that have been following our social media over the last few weeks, you will have seen the excitement building for our Team Mintridge Fundraisers, “Whale of a Time”, Jemma Rix and Lauren Woodwiss’ departure in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Row.

We are so grateful to the ladies for choosing the Mintridge Foundation as one of their charities alongside Fareshare and Cancer Research UK and we are pleased to hear just how well they are doing – there has even been time for some Whale Watching and Harry Potter audio books!

Keep following our social media channels for updates and if you would like to learn more about their fantastic challenge, please check out their Telegraph interview here: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/rowing/0/whale-time-female-pair-hope-break-world-record-3000-mile-atlantic/
