After finishing university, she moved across to Lichfield Ladies, who supported her towards her goal of becoming an England player, and two years later she was selected for the Nations Cup tournament in Denver, Colorado, where she earnt her first cap off the bench against Canada. Since then she has gone on to achieve 33 caps to date, was awarded a professional contract for 9 months in the lead up to the 2017 World Cup, is a World Cup 2017 finalist and a 6 Nations Grand Slam winner 2017.

In the 2016-2017 season, she was honoured with being Lichfields captain, and captained them to their highest ever league finish (2nd). In the 2017-2018 season she then moved down to Wasps Ladies FC to ensure she was playing in the top flight of Women’s Rugby, the Tyrrells Premier 15s. This season she has gone back to her roots and has signed for Loughborough Lightning.
