ARE YOU ABLE TO GIVE REGULARLY EVERY MONTH TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE DEVELOP THEIR MENTAL FITNESS POWERS THROUGH SPORTING ROLE MODELS?

With your help, we can…

…Give young people of all abilities and physical capabilities the confidence to move and in turn, they will find the confidence to shine and overcome life's challenges. Every child should have the help to see what they can be, and that help can be from the Mintridge Foundation.

We don’t want to deny a single young person the access to our programmes. Through the generosity of people like you, this can be achieved together, by becoming a Mintridge Member (donating £5 per month).

Real change takes work…

… And at the Mintridge Foundation, we are making real impact, but we rely on the kind donations and support from individuals, businesses, foundations and organisations to continue our vital support for young people. We’re a small charity working to make sure we change the narrative on low activity levels, aspirations and wellbeing in young people - your regular donation can make a significant difference. Demand for our crucial work is growing.

Eboni Usoro – Brown was amazing. My daughter has now set her mind on becoming the best she can be and wants to show the same drive and determination as England Netball’s Eboni.

Clare Balding CBE & Alice Arnold

“We have long admired the work of Mintridge Foundation, so to be asked to become Patrons was really humbling for both Alice and me. We both feel hugely passionate about helping the next generation to realise their potential – whether that is in sports or not – and hope we can support young people across the country with Mintridge Foundation.

Through mentoring from relatable Olympians, Paralympians and other sports stars (who have an incredible ability to ignite a fire within young people), we can help children and teenagers see that the possibilities really are endless. Starting with presentations to share their unique story  and coaching (to kickstart a healthy sporting journey or to help nurture existing pathways), our dedicated ambassadors then provide 1-1 remote mentoring and resources via safeguarded technology to ensure a lasting legacy of positive mental and physical fitness.

A monthly gift is the most effective way to support our work…

Young people need the Mintridge Foundation more than ever…

… And with your help, we can be there for every young person across the UK. In a world of Kardashian culture, diet teas and perfect make-up, young people need to see a greater variety of sporting role models.

The children who were mentored have had their lives changed and are going to Key Stage 3 with a new approach to sports and everything else. The assemblies and activities in school were absolutely first rate and both ambassadors (Jordan and Danielle) were truly inspirational! I can’t speak highly enough of all of the ambassadors and staff I have dealt with.

Students see the Mintridge athletes on the telly. Through our mentoring programmes, these athletes will stand directly in front of them. This makes them feel special — someone important is giving up their time for them, someone relatable. Advice from them sinks in in a different way. Students really respect them and listen.

If we act now, your donation today can…

…Create a future where families are rebuilt, young girls are given the confidence to own their own stage, future gold medallists are born, and healthy sporting journeys are kickstarted!

You can help change lives through the power of sport. Your impact will be far reaching, and it will help the Mintridge Foundation to plan ahead (letting us know how much income we will have in the future) as we navigate the everchanging landscape for young people. Regular giving will also allow you as the donor to plan your charitable giving, we hope that it will give you flexibility to change at any time too.

It may seem like a very small gesture or donation, but the difference it makes is hugely significant. Every donation matters and adds up to make an inspirational impact on our next generation. Equally, we know that giving to charity makes people feel good, empowered and fulfilled! What’s not to love?… Boosting your mood & giving to charity, the perfect combination.

You have helped me so much and you have really given me such valuable advice that is not just going to help me with badminton, but I will also be able to apply in so many different aspects in my life. I really appreciate all the time you have spent talking to me, it was really easy to open up and be honest with you. I found each session really focused and they always addressed things that were linked to my targets. I can already see such huge changes in my mindset and I’m sure that when I can get back on court I’ll see huge improvements too. I will definitely keep you updated on my journey!”
